You can hold one plan at a time, and there is no button that switches a plan in place. To move to a different plan, cancel the current one, and choose the new one once it has ended.
Why you cannot pick another plan
While you have a plan, every other plan on the Coins screen is unavailable and says One plan at a time. A plan you have cancelled still counts until its period ends. If checkout says "You already have a plan. Manage or cancel it in your account first.", this is the reason.
How to switch
- Cancel your current plan: Settings → Plan → Manage subscription → Cancel plan. See How to cancel your plan.
- Keep using that period's coins. When the period ends, the plan stops and any plan coins left over go.
- Once it has ended, open the Coins screen and choose the new plan.

You can buy a coin pack at any time, with or without a plan, and pack coins never expire.
