If you are looking at a card statement and cannot place the charge, this page is almost certainly the answer — and you do not need to contact your bank to resolve it.
What the charge looks like
A card payment made on evili.ai appears on your statement as one of these:
- evili.ai/support — a plan: the first payment and every renewal.
- evili.ai/support coins — a coin pack.
Many banks print it in capital letters, and some shorten it. The address in it is real: evili.ai/support brings you to this Help Center.
Why it might be there
- A plan renewed. Plans renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until they are cancelled. A renewal is charged to the card on file, and the receipt we e-mail you states the price, the coins and the interval.
- You bought a coin pack. A one-off purchase, charged once.
- Somebody else used your card. A family member with access to the card or the account is the usual explanation.
The amount is not quite the price you saw
Prices are in US dollars. Depending on where you live, tax may be added at checkout, and it is shown before you pay. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount, so the figure on your statement can differ from the price on the page.
Receipts and invoices
The receipt is e-mailed to you when you pay. There is no billing history page inside Evili, so for a copy of a receipt or an invoice, write to support@evili.ai with the date and the amount.
What to do next
Write to support@evili.ai. Include the date and the amount, and the e-mail address on the account if you know it. That is enough for us to find the payment.
We answer within one business day, and we can usually tell you the same day exactly what the charge was for. If it should not have been made — a double charge, a charge after a cancellation, a payment for coins that never arrived — we correct it. Coins missing just after paying? See I paid but my coins haven't arrived first.
Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. Not because a dispute is not your right, but because it is slower for you: a bank dispute takes weeks and holds the amount while it runs, and we can often settle the same thing the same day. Your satisfaction is what we want here, not an argument.
If you want the charges to stop
Cancelling your plan stops all future renewals. See How to cancel your plan.
The name on the charge is different?
A card payment made on evili.ai shows evili.ai/support or evili.ai/support coins. If the charge or its receipt shows a name you do not recognise, write to support@evili.ai with the date and amount and we will tell you exactly what it was.
