You can cancel at any time. There is no phone call, no request for us to approve, and no offer you have to decline.
If you subscribed on evili.ai
- Open Settings: select your account icon (your profile picture, if you have one) in the top-right corner, then Settings. On a phone you can also tap Me at the bottom of the screen.
- Under Plan, select Manage subscription.
- Select Cancel plan.
- Pick the reason that fits. One tap is all that is required; the comment box under it is optional.
- Select Cancel my plan.
You will see "Done — your plan is cancelled." If you change your mind before the term ends, the same screen offers Resume plan.
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again. Until then you can keep using the coins from that period; when it ends, any plan coins left over go, as they would at any renewal. The Plan row shows the date it runs until. You do not lose access the moment you press it.
No Plan section on your Settings page? Reload the page. The section only appears once your plan has loaded. If it is still missing, we have no plan on the account you are signed in to: check you are signed in with the address you paid with, or write to us.

If you would rather we did it
E-mail support@evili.ai with the subject "Cancel my subscription" and the e-mail address on your account. We cancel it within one business day and send you a confirmation.
Keep that confirmation. It is your proof that the plan is stopped, and it is the fastest way to sort out any later question about a charge.
What cancelling does not do
It does not refund the term you are in. Cancelling stops what comes next; it is not a request for money back. See Refunds, and what happens to your coins.
Coins you have already bought
Coins from a coin pack are yours and do not expire — cancelling a plan does not remove them.
Your saved card
There is no screen in Evili for changing or removing a saved card. To remove it, cancel your plan and write to support@evili.ai.
