Your photos are used for the generation you asked for and nothing else. This page sets out what that means, as our Privacy Policy states it — section 2.3 covers face data.
When you press Generate
- The photo is sent to the AI provider that runs the template's model, because that is how the generation happens. The model reads the face in it in order to draw it. That is the whole of what happens to it.
- Nothing is taken from a public source, and nothing is collected without you. You choose a photo, or take one with Use camera, and press the button that starts the generation. That is the consent this rests on.
What we do not do with it
- No facial recognition. Your face is never used to identify or authenticate you, or to work out who you are.
- No faceprint. No scan of facial geometry, embedding or other biometric identifier is derived from your photo and kept by us.
- No matching against other photos, other users or any outside source.
- Never sold, leased or traded. It is shared only with the model provider that renders your generation and the storage providers that hold the file.
- No training. We have no models of our own, and we choose providers on the basis that what we send them is not used to train theirs.
- Never used by us to show anyone else. It is not put in the template catalogue and not used to promote Evili.
The Privacy Policy lists every provider involved (section 4).
If you share a result
If you press Share on a result and it gives you a link, anyone who has that link can view and download the result until the result is deleted — by you, or at the end of its 30 days. The photo you uploaded is never on that page. See I shared a result — who can see it?

Removing it sooner
You can withdraw your consent at any time. Each of these removes the photo behind it:
- A saved photo: Settings → Saved photos, select × on the photo, then Delete. Or select Delete photos, then Delete all, to remove them all — your past generations stay where they are.
- A finished generation: open it from My generations and select Delete. It acts straight away, with no confirmation step, so download it first if you want to keep it.
- A generation that failed or was cancelled: it has no Delete button, so write to support@evili.ai and we will remove it and the photo behind it.
- Everything: Settings → Account → Delete account. See Deleting your account.
Questions, or a copy of your data
Write to support@evili.ai — to ask which provider received your photo, for a copy of the data we hold about you (you can ask for it in a machine-readable form), or for anything else on this page. We answer within 30 days, and sooner in practice. You do not need to work out which company is responsible; that address reaches the right one.
