You do not need an Evili account and you do not need to prove anything first. Tell us what you are reporting and where it is — a link is ideal, a description is fine.
If you appear in something you did not agree to
This is the report we treat most urgently, and you are not required to explain yourself to us. Send us the link if you have it, or describe what you have seen and where. A result someone shared from Evili has an address that starts with evili.ai/s/; that link is exactly what we need.
Where a generation appears to harm a real, identifiable person, we act first and ask afterwards. We would rather remove something and discuss it than leave it up while we deliberate.
If it involves a child
Send it immediately. We enforce a zero-tolerance policy on child sexual abuse and exploitation, it covers AI-generated material exactly as it covers anything else, and we preserve the relevant data and report apparent material to the authorities — including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children — and cooperate with law enforcement.
If you believe someone under 18 is using Evili, tell us that too. A parent or guardian can write to the same address.
Anything else against the rules
Harassment, impersonation, a generation passed off as real footage, sexual content, hate, violence, or someone else's copyright: same address. The Content Policy has the full list.
How fast we respond
- Reports about a real person or a child: looked at immediately.
- Everything else: within one business day.
Copyright
If something on evili.ai infringes your copyright, write to support@evili.ai with the work concerned, where it appears, your contact details, and a statement that you own it or are authorised to act for the owner. We remove infringing material and act against repeat infringers.
If we got it wrong
If your content was removed or your account was restricted and you think that was a mistake, reply to the e-mail we sent you, or write to support@evili.ai with the address on your account.
A person reviews it — not the same automated system that made the original call. Automated moderation is imperfect in both directions, and a wrong block is a bug we want to know about. If we paused an account and then find nothing wrong, we restore it and extend any paid term by the time you lost.
