Most sign-in problems are one of the cases below. If none of them fits, write to support@evili.ai from the address you are trying to sign in with.
The code never arrived
- Give it a minute, then check spam, junk and promotions. Our sign-in e-mails come from an evili.ai address, so look for Evili.
- Check the address for a typo — a code sent to the wrong address will never arrive. Use a different email takes you back to fix it, and Send code sends a new one.
- If the screen says "Please wait a minute before requesting another code.", wait a minute and try again.
- If no code has arrived a few minutes after a second request, stop requesting and write to support@evili.ai.
It says "Invalid or expired code."
A code expires after a few minutes, and each code works once. Request a new one and type the newest code. If older codes are sitting in your inbox, ignore them.
On a phone, the code often auto-fills from the notification. If it filled in an old one, clear the box and type the newest code by hand.
Continue with Google brought you back to the sign-in screen
If Continue with Google returns you to the sign-in screen without signing you in, the hand-over from Google did not complete, even though no message says so. Try once more. If it happens again, write to support@evili.ai.
When Google sign-in works, you land on Templates, not on the page you started from.
You were signed out
- Clearing your browser's cookies or site data signs you out.
- A private window, another browser or another device each needs its own sign-in.
- If you are asked to sign in again, sign in the same way as before — the same Google account, or the same e-mail address — to get back into the same account.
A lost device, or someone else in your account
Sign out (in Settings, under Account) signs out only the browser you are using. If you lost a device, or think someone else can get into your account, write to support@evili.ai from the address on the account.
